Schedule K-1

Schedule K-1 is an annual form used to provide each Terra Nitrogen Company L.P. unitholder with their respective tax information for a given tax year. 

We mailed 2007 Schedule K-1s on March 1, 2008. 

As of June 1, 2008, investors with changes/corrections to their 2007 K-1 Ownership Schedules should:

  • Notify TNCLP's K-1 Support of changes/corrections (phone number and email address below), and 
  • File the IRS Form 8082 “Notice of Inconsistent Treatment or Administrative Adjustment Request (AAR)”.
